Error on prepaid 8400 MSP

Hey,

I had an australian account, got shifted to Saudi Arabia and switched to Saudi Arabian account (22nd Dec, 2013), bought 800 MSP and redeemed successfully, then bought 8400 MSP but could not redeem as I got error. When i checked my account again, It has somehow
switched to Australia. Now I am stuck as i cannot redeem my 8400 MSP. I have contacted support 5 times, since 4th Jan, 2013, but they are useless. Advocacy team contacted me, and the solution they had was to wait 3 months so after that I can switch account
to Saudi Arabia again and try to redeem then.

Seriously, this is solution you guys give after i had explained my issue to five different person on 5 days of the week, and every time they consumed an hour. I want to bang my head on the wall.

Can i expect any help from here?

That's okay there was a glitch this week with 1 ad where you could get 200 MSP every 2 mins & I got over 8400 points

Wrong added points

Good day!

I've bought and redeemed 4000 MSP prepaid card today. But I have more than 4000 msp now. Billing system added 220 points 7(!!!) more times and now I have 5540 MSP. Why is it happening?

Please help me, I just need my 4000 MSP! And maybe +220 MSP (one time) because reward program!

Well, I have the same troubles you're facing. My account is from USA, and I was also trying to put it to Saudi Arabia. I've contacted the Support and they told me to wait 3 months for the security of my account. There's no other solutions... I am now less
than a month away from changing my region.

Currency is region coded and cannot be used outside of the region it's designed for.

Account migration is time-locked and cannot be forced early.

You will have to wait the 3 months.

Just curious here, how did you get an 8400 MSP card? The MSP system is long gone and I've never heard of a card that large... that's several hundred dollars.

well MSP cards are still being sold here in Saudi Arabia and I bought 4 cards of 2100 each. I will wait then, but will not buy anything again from Microsoft.

Do you mean a prepaid card that came with 600 msp? Or an offer that said 'renew now to receive 600 msp'. If you mean the latter, then yes, that sounds familiar.
