Error on my gold subscription, i can't play online but i can download the free gold games

in my subscriptions says that is active, but when i try to play online, the game ask me for a gold subscription, also i can't create groups for chat

i can play the games with gold that are in my xbox, and i can download the games from this month

i already turn of my console completely, i restart, i don't know what else to do :/ HELP ME

this error happens on 25/08/2017

Let's have you try to remove your profile and then re-add it to the console to see if that helps.

gold for $30-$40.

Is there any type of message/error code that pops up when you try to play/download it? Also are you sure it wasn't a temporary free to play with gold? Sometimes games are temporarily free for certain time periods.

You can still play free games without a gold subscription (excluding games with gold), toy just can't play them online. Which honestly is what most of them are. Online is becoming the new norm, and will only become more essential moving forward.

Hi J,

If your profile does not have the gold subscription, you will not be able to download any free games with gold. You account needs a gold subscription also to access this. Sharing a gold subscription will not work that way in this case. If the account with
the gold subscription downloads the free games then you can install them. Also, The game Elders scrolls online is on game pass was not a free game with gold. It is possible the game pass subscription is expired.
