Error on my gold signature

Bem, vou falar em português pq vcs tem fábrica aqui no Brasil, seria ridículo não ter support.

Minha assinatura estava renovada até pouco tempo, mas subitamente no dia da promoção de vocês ela está como "cancelada" e está pedindo que eu renove, porém eu renovei em dezembro por um ano e estava marcado a próxima renovação para dezembro de 2017. Gostaria
de entender o que está acontecendo antes de me dirigir aos direitos do consumidor, desde já, grato.

Redeem-code error

Hello,

Recently my gold signature reached the end and then I bought a 12-months signature card.

Once this code was inserted to redeem my 12 months, I received an error message.

"An unexpected error appeared. The error was registered and we will investigate. Try to redeem your code later"

Well that's not the exact phrase because I translated by myself, but I bought this card today and I want to solve it as soon as possible. When I insert the error on error-code section, I don't get any results as well.

 

Problems with my gold signature

I have the following problem with my gold signature:

When I try to download the free gold game it shows me that I have to buy a gold signature first, the problem is I have a gold signature (that was renewed this month, I have an one year subscription that is automatically renewed).

Can Microsoft support help me?
