Error on Microsoft store website?

This is my last ditch attempt to get a real answer on this or get this to someones attention to change it. I have been online and on the phone for the last 5 hours with support and customer service trying to figure out if I can use the trade in $100 trade
in coupon I would get from trading my working 360 on a non kinect bundle using the online store. I live 3 hours from the nearest brick and mortar store and I have talked to them on the phone they told me from day one the coupon has applied to any xbox one
bundle but on the website it only lists bundles that include a kinect. Here is the link to the online eligibility list http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msusa/en_US/list/Sports/categoryID.68054100 .

Every person I talked to in support was totally baffled that the non kinect bundles were not included and some even guaranteed that they qualified. The last support person I talked to said to post on here to bring it to get an answer or to bring to Microsoft's attention
that there may be an error on their website. Also as I have been typing this I have been told by Microsoft store support that the non kinect is eligible and that they too believe that this is an error on the website. I would just like to know if/when this
will be fixed so I can proceed with trading my 360 and get the coupon, as it is not possible or feasible for me to drive 3 hours to make this trade and unless it is fixed I cannot do it online either. If a forum administrator or tech support for the website
sees this I have a reference number for my call also if that will help you. Any answer to this would be appreciated.

[Translation - Suddenly one day I was taken off the Xbox Live gold and trying to buy it again gave me an error that depends on Microsoft and says to wait I'm waiting for 2 months now but it does not work I tried to make the purchase even from PC
but it gives me the same error ]

Di colpo un giorno mi è stato tolto l xbox live gold e provando a ricomprarlo mi dava un errore che dipende da Microsoft e dice di aspettare io sto aspettando da ormai 2 mesi ma non funziona

Ho provato a fare l acquisto anche da PC ma mi da lo stesso errore

They send you here because they do not know the answer and it clears their phone line.
