    To whom it may concern,



    This is Juan Sanchez the owner of (gamertag). Recently my account and console was placed with a temporary suspension which started last Jun 1, 2017 11:48:10 PM - Which should ended on, Jun 15, 2017 11:48:10 PM- UTC Time zone. However, upon checking
    my account, I still can't connect or chat which is why I contacted Xbox Chat support. The support Ericson C. assisted me and confirmed that my suspension Should already be lifted. Since the steps that we've tried on refreshing my console and account didn't
    worked, Ericson C. advised me to file a case review on this link (https://enforcement.xbox.com/Enforcement/ShowEnforcements). But, there's no option to file a case
    review since it was already shown as lifted, which is why the support advised me to raised this through forums instead to reach the Xbox Enforcement team to review this further. This case was also recorded under SR # 1388934264. Please assist me on my account

    check my account - im not banned anymore and i cant play fifa 18 pro clubs

    The suspension of my account ended on October 23 but I can not play fifa pro clubs 18. I need this error to be fixed.

    Suspension still Active? Banned?

    my Account got a two week suspension from playing online. Now after the suspension I am still not able to play online, my other Account can play online. I have no extended ban, all suspension cases are closed and I dont receive an error Code.
    Why is the suspension just lasting for om Account and three days after the case was closed ? No I am not perma banned.

    Hi,

    Can you double check your
    Enforcement History     to make sure there wasn't an extended suspension or a second suspension that would overlap. If that is not the case, are you getting an error message when trying to join the games such as an account suspension notice or anything starting
    with 0x or 80.

    Yeah, without having anymore information (the exact error message), the only thing I could think of was a communication suspension.

    "Communications Suspensions

    Communication suspensions are imposed due to inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. This suspension blocks an account from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live, including text messages, voice messages, video communications,
    Skype on Xbox One, in-game chat, and party chat. Communications suspensions are issued for a specified temporary duration, often of 1, 7, or 14 days.

    During a communications suspension the account may continue to access the Xbox Live service, including online multiplayer. At the conclusion of the suspension all communication functionality will be automatically restored."

    If you believe your suspension was in error then you will need to go to https://enforcement.xbox.com

    and login using the account that is suspended to see about filing a case review.

    If you think that this suspension was issued in error, you can file a case review, if the suspension lasts for more than 24 hours.

    To file the case review, go to https://enforcement.xbox.com/ and sign in with your suspended account.

    Click on the yellow tile with the hammer on it, and click on the currently active suspension and file a Case Review.

    If the suspension is "only" for 24 hours, you'll just have to wait it out, as a Case Review would take longer than the actual suspension, and keep you suspended longer.

    I've never seen error code 8015190E being related to an account suspension.
