    I just signed the gamepass on the PC, but when trying to install any game, an error appears that the item is unavailable with an error code 0X00000005. Does anyone know how to help me?

    I have game pass console and any time i try to play multiplayer games it prompts me to purchase ultimate.

    Well no that is not an error you do need ultimate since you are on console

    If you were on pc you would buy gamepass for pc

    Not console but ultimate or gold is needed for multiplayer on console

    Gold is included with ultimate not gamepass

    Gold.nor.ultimate is.needed on pc ONLY gamepass for console only.gives you games not multiplayer

    Same error here, also not fixed after following all instructions you linked. What is it with these gamepass for PC games not installing correctly, ever? I've had the literal same exact error from trying to install VAMPYR before, all the way back at the
    launch of gamepass for PC, and just now trying again, it still has this error. Fix your goddamn service already.

    Also just tried different account on my pc that has gamepass and same error. The same account was able to download the game on different PC.
