Error occuring when trying to play Xbox Cloud via browser

Hi,

From today my both browser Chrome and Edge started to show me error when I try to enter https://www.xbox.com/en-US/play to play using cloud service.

Chrome:

An error occurred while processing your request.

Reference #30.27651002.1637178856.291c18

Edge:

An error occurred while processing your request.

Reference #30.37651002.1637179309.38132d

I tried to clean cache and cookies in both browsers, reseted my PC, reseted router but nothing works.

Everything is fine in xbox app but in app the games have lower framerate and worse quality and cant play comfortably on the app.

Any ideas how to fix this problem ? Any chance I got banned from xbox cloud ? I sometimes run the site in background just as any other internet site, could this be possibly my wrongdoing ?

First, welcome to the Xbox community. Apparently, it could be a general problem, other people have already reported this same bug here in the community, soon I believe Microsoft will be releasing a fix for this.

If I may ask, what happened exactly when you tried to access your games on cloud gaming? Any error code or error message?

To confirm, are you using the Xbox Game Pass app? How about you try to access cloud gaming via Google Chrome browser or Microsoft Edge browser by going to Xbox.com/play?

Please also confirm if you have an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription via https://account.microsoft.com/services.

Oh. We had a confusion earlier. I thought that was a remote play. So you're referring to the Cloud gaming not the remote play, correct?

If it's a cloud gaming, you have to use the Xbox Game Pass app. If you experience the issue on the app, try to simply reinstall it.

You could try to access the cloud gaming using a Google Chrome browser or Microsoft Edge browser via xbox.com/play website.
