Error not found

    I'm getting a blank screen when I turn on my console, when I try to use the controller I get "something went wrong, type in error 0x90010108" but error code doesn't exist

    Just give them time, and i'm sure they will resolve the issue.

    Hey Kymaroo,

    1) Power off your Console and unplug the power wires from the Console and Powersupply for 30 seconds. After that replug the wires and restart your Console. See if that makes any Change.

    If your still getting the same error, please try Step 2. If the error you get is now different, please let me know.

    2) Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off. Wait 30 seconds, then plug the power cord back in. Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the EJECT button
    (located on the front of the console), and then press the Xbox button on the console. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after
    the second power-up tone. The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

    On the Troubleshooter select with the dpad "Reset" and when aksed select the Option to "Keep your games and Apps". Please make sure you know the Email / Password combination of your Account before doing that.

    Follow the process.
