    During update I got error msg E203 00000803 80073CF6 . Used diagnostic tool with no avail. What can I do? Maybe factory reset, but what would happen to all the games I've purchased (e.g. fifa )

    here     related to the offline system update diagnostic tool and are still having problems I think the best route would for you to contact the support team

    I found another post that said a factory reset fixed that error so I would go ahead and try that if you're able to. When it comes to your games, anything that you've purchased can be downloaded and most saves should be available from the cloud, but if you're
    able to, I would back up anything you can just to be safe
