    I'm trying to buy games in microsoft store but the buttons don't appear! It's like the screen has zoom or something like that. Is it a bug?

    Microsoft Store error???

    I have never seen this before. Someone please tell me I'm not the only one seeing this error: "Contact us at Microsoft Support" "We're having trouble processing your payment and we'd like to get it sorted out." And there would be an error code but...this
    code, or CODES, cuz each time I try and try and try to purchase anything, each thing if gives me is COMPLETELY different. For example, here is one I am seeing right now: WNW+/KsAYk2qR0KU.1.1.4.17 Can someone explain to me what is going on, please? It can't
    be something wrong with my card cuz I did have a problem with that before and it gave a different message like "payment option invalid, plese try a different one." Something like that. But this one is unusual. Has anyone else had this problem???

    Hey...having an error code problem: 0x803F8001

    Can't play Microsoft Mahjong-says this error code, go to store, I go to store repeats the same error code???

    I can play Microsoft Solitaire Games, but not Microsoft Mahjong...what's up with that???

    I have that exact, exact, exact same problem! I can't figure it out, I've tried relogging, rebooting, and reconnecting. Did you ever figure it out?

    I still haven't figured it out. My xbox one is new, my TV is Samsung 32 inch and I'm from brazil. My space is good. If the problem is not in these things, maybe it's from microsoft store. I Just simple don't know what to do...

    I have the same problem, It happens in several games, and in others do not show anything. In my case the complete information of any game is not shown in the Microsoft store and the console is updated. Please solve this problem as soon as possible

    i tried to buy something anything for 2 days,
    I have tried with 3 debit cards 2 mine and my wife's,
    i cycled shutdown, reboot, delete my account,
    call my bank, adjust my router, format my xbox and
    i can't make purchases,neither in the console nor
    in three different browsers, always the same oops something
    Went wrong or Were having trouble processing your payment and
    wed like to get it sorted out.
