    My Xbox is trying to update but it’s stuck on step 2 out of 3 and on 56% then I get a something went wrong error message. I keep turning my Xbox on and it’ll go to the updating screen, says “step 2 out of 3: verification (100%)”and 56% and had said this the last few days now, but after a few minutes it’ll go to the error screen. I’ve tried restarting it, I’ve reset it and kept all my apps and games, I’ve even tried resetting it to factory settings and I still get this message. What can I do?

    I’ve tried this twice now, it hasn’t changed anything. It gets to step 2 out of 3 verification and says 100%, the update is on 62%, it resets and then the error E100 message comes up again.

    I have a MW2 250G edition, and I removed the storage device while shut down. Turned it back on and tried to update, same error message and no update.
