Error message when trying to purchase anything

Hey guys, this may be a long shot but i am trying to buy things from the xbox store and no matter how much they are they keep being declined and i get a message saying payment could not be processed contact microsoft support.

Does anyone know the cause/fix of this issue? I have tried buying a membership and a game and both have just given me the error.

This is a new account too if that makes a difference since my main account wont allow me to add payment info as it always says the info is wrong regardless of if it is or not.

I have tried tweeting them but they dont respond.

Hi, I encountered a similar problem to this while also downloading the Camo packs. Id suggest trying to download them from the in-game store rather than the marketplace if you haven't already. Also id check that your payment method is up to date in case
it has expired.

My problem did rectify itself as there was no apparent reason for it, however I've seen similar cases where it had taken a few days to fix even though mine was only 24 hours.

I have never had any problem purchasing from either the Xbox directly or more in particular from within BlackOps2, but since the 27th of July (making it now 24+hrs) I've been getting just this message when trying to finalize a purchase (in particular, the
new BO2 camos).

I have correctly displayed 6400 MS points on my account, and both my PayPal and VISA payment options are available. I went through the troubleshooting suggested in the relative xbox.com/errorhelp page for #80153410, and all seems to check out for my account.
It's worth mentioning that I've bought stuff without a problem before (all the DLC released for BO2) and the only thing that changed in my account since the last successful purchase is my password.

I am, of course, able to log-in perfectly with my Xbox to XBOXLIVE, I've cleaned my storage cache, and I even re-downloaded the profile to the HDD to be sure, so I guess it's not a password problem. Short of believing in the possibility that it's really
the XBOX Marketplace having issues, even when none are highlighted on the "status" page, I am at a loss as to what to do.

Is anyone experiencing or had experienced anything similar? I was really looking forward to the new camos
