    `Choose another item` Microsoft jigsaw collection

    Is anybody else getting this message when they try to play on the Microsoft jigsaw collection;

    `choose another item.This in-app purchase is no longer available in Microsoft jigsaw`?

    I wasnt trying to buy anything just trying to get into `my collections` where I had amassed over 100,000 points!!

    what the he happened?

    Jigsaw started acting funny yesterday. Took a long time to load and when it did there was a message saying that "this in-app purchase is no longer supported by Microsoft.' Almost all of my collections and gold are gone.

    The ads are locking up the game.

    Exact same thing -- Solitaire collection and Jigsaw. I tried to go around it by clicking on the purchase Upgrade to disable ads, but that doesn't work. It lets you try and purchase by nothing from the games.

    Just to clarify the specific issue, are you getting an error when you're trying to sign-in to Microsoft Solitaire Collection, or are you receiving an error when you try to purchase Premium? Could you post back which issue you're running into, and the error
    message and error code you received?

    That will help us a bunch.

    this is where my issue started . i purchased the Iceland collection and when wanted to download my jigsaw crashes to desktop.

    now i can download any of my collectables and i cant play daily quests
