Error message when redeeming code for xbox live account

I have the same error when redeeming the 12 month gold membership code, on My Account page on Xbox live website.

I have tried from the console and website.

Error Message on Xbox 360 cosole: This code isn't valid. Please enter a valid code.

Thanks for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with redeeming a code for Xbox Live Gold. Are you receiving any error messages or codes when attempting to redeem your token? Try redeeming this on our website here:
Redeem a Code - Microsoft. Make sure to be signed into the same account as your Xbox profile to properly redeem your code.

The first error code 8007000B, when you’re trying to sign in to Xbox Live. The second code 807B01F4 is an error message that happens when you try to redeem a prepaid code or download content from Xbox Live, there’s a problem with your network setup, and
therefore you can’t connect to Xbox Live and/or your account may be blocked.

Try clearing your system cache ( system -> storage -> select your harddrive and press Y).
