Error message when playing games

Can anyone help? Keep getting this error message when playing GoW. Tried doing fresh install and still same problem.

Hello,

You will have to contact Sony Support or Steam Support for this issue. Though this is on PC, this is still PlayStation title, the support for it will be with Santa Monica Studios or PlayStation Support. Just by looking it looks like your game is reading the save file as open, or that it might be corrupted, you can try deleting the file listed after copying it to a secure location, then returning it back to the folder in the error message. Either way, I would recommend hitting up the proper support channels and forums for this issue.

tried several times just to make sure but I still get the same error.

I should mention that the game still continues to play when the error message is up but when I push a button to close the error message it quits the game as well.
