Error message when Navigating Xbox.com.

Hello, this is not the first time i've gotten this message and its happened at least 4 times this year. I believe its xbox.com and not my pc causing the issue. I am the leader of a police organisation that collaborates on the xbox 360 console. When im offline
i often go to account.xbox.com/en-us/messages to look at any recruitment forms ive gotten. Yesterday when i checked i got this infamous error code, , Uh oh this shouldnt have
happened, then it gives some code that doesnt really help my case. This is not regular but happens once in a while, it is also connected to xbox live service alerts. If someone could get this solved as fast as possible that'd be great thanks.

Is XBL down???

My XBO wouldn't sign me into my account. I went to Xbox.com and I signed in but when I tried to goto preferences, I was signed out and given an error message. Anyone know what's going on?

Problems signing into live on the xbox1!

Had this last night- why oh why dont they have something like check xbox.com on the error message- for those of us who go in a rage and switch it off after a few attempts!

Yes I can.

-Does it give you any messages when you do so?

No messages, everything works fine, there.

-Which pages on Xbox.com give you that message specifically?

Manage account I get Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. error, and I get Asp errors when I try to access forums or Support pages.

p.s: The account Im posting here is working ok. My main account has the problem, I cannot navigate to forums because of the errors I get.

someone else was saying they had an error message when trying to download it thru xbox.com. they said deleting their cookies or browser cache or whatever fixed it. i also got the error message on xbox.com but didn't try anything to fix it yet.

my error message is sorry your purchase cannot be completed, try again.

When matchmaking works, the error message publicly posted at
http://xbox.com/status will clear away.

Same problem; the "problem occurred..." error message. I'm getting error messages when I try to access my account information here at xbox.com as well.
