Error message when logging into Microsoft account

Please could you try the following;

Clear MAC address

1.)Open Settings on the Xbox One.

2.) In the Console section select Network.

3.)Select Advanced settings.

4.) Select Alternate MAC address.

5.) Select clear

You will have to restart the console for the change to take effect.

On a PC, clear up the dns history:

1. Type in "cmd" to the search right next to the Windows start button;

2. When the DOS window pops up, type in the followings in the given order:

a) ipconfig /flushdns, then press enter key

b) ipconfig /release, then press enter key

c) ipconfig /renew, then press enter key

3. Restart your computer
