Error message when i try to activate Gears of War 1 and 3

I received Gears of War 1,2,3 and Judgment for free for Pre-ordering Gears of War 4

I activated Gears of War 2 and Judgment, but when i try to activate Gears of War 1 or 3

I contact with Joel A. from Xbox Support chat, he told me your account is just doing great. No issues we can see here.

I am suspecting its the code and he told me create post here so promotions team can help me

Includes our chat and everything and also 2 codes for Gears of War 1 and 3

I hope to solve this problem ASAP

Wrong token for Gears of War

I can not activate tokens for games Gears of War, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3, Gears of War: Judgment. Error message Xbos-0x80154017

That's generally the sign of a region issue. Those games are region locked, so in order to download them, your account region had to match your physical location and you have to live in a region where they are available.

 

reference numbers dont work here and you only give them directly to support not on open forums as it is a security and privacy issue

Yes smwutches is correct your account region must reflect your actual region and us foreign bases don't count as the us but you must use the host country

If you don't live in an xbox live country or live in China or japan no new code will work as the games won't be available in those regions regardless
