    Why does my xbox keep giving me the popup saying that something took too long to start?

    Every app i try to open gives me this including network settings and games and apps. It sometimes even does this at the dashboard.

    Ive tried everything but it keeps telling me that anything i try to start up takes too long to start. I can access settings, but it doesnt let me access specific parts of the settings page.

    try hard restarting the Xbox if that doesn't work try to go to settings and format keep games and apps
