Error message: "To continue , sign in on your console using this account"

I can no longer stream my Xbox One game from my Xbox one S to my Window 10 PC. Every time I try to do it, this message pop up " To continue , sign in on your console using this account" despite the fact that I have already done so. I have tried all the suggestions
provided in the link given by " ValuableNomad90-Official Support". I have also tried to deleted my profile and re-added it, doesn't work. And I am sure all my softwares are up to date. I was able to stream my games a few weeks ago. Is it a bugs in the recent
update that is causing this failure? Can you guys fix it or give me a solution? Don't just ask me to follow the link. The solution there didn't help at all.

System cannot stream Xbox with error message "To continue, sign in on your console using this account" while SUT and Xbox console sign-in with same account.

I have only encountered this problem in the last two weeks but I have no idea how to fix it. I am logged in on both the console and the app and I stream within a few feet of the router. I have tried power cycling the router. I have tried signing in
and out of the console and the app. I cannot find any other solutions.

We’ll need first to verify if you’re using the same Microsoft account on Windows 10 and Xbox One. To do so, kindly check if the gamertag that is showing on the Xbox app matches the profile you’re using on Xbox One.

If the gamertag doesn’t match, kindly sign in to the Xbox app using the Microsoft account you’re using on the Xbox One console.

Here’s how to view the email address:

Sign in to the Xbox One console.

Scroll left from Home to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select All settings.

Select Account.

On the Account settings screen, select Sign-in, security & passkey.

On the Sign-in, security & passkey screen you will see your email address displayed.

Of course , the gamertag are the same. Everything worked fine a few weeks ago. All of a sudden, I can't do the streaming and I have not made any changes prior to this failure.

Option 1: Run Windows apps troubleshooter

Visit this
link and run the troubleshooter for Windows apps. This may help in resolving issues regarding digital games downloaded from the Windows Store.

Option 2: Check if there are available updates for the Xbox app or for your Windows 10 computer

1. Click this
link and follow the steps on how to check for updates for apps and games from Windows Store. Search if there are any updates available for the Xbox app.

2. After updating the application, go to this
link and follow the steps on how to get software and driver updates for Windows 10.

Option 3: Check system settings

Select the Start button > Settings >
Time & language. Under Date and time make sure the Set time automatically setting is turned on.

Option 4: Enable Xbox Services

1. In the Search bar type Services. Select the Services from the list of results.

2. In the Services window sort the services by their name.

3. Scroll to the bottom and find the following services: Xbox Live Auth Manager, Xbox Live Game Save,
Xbox Live Networking Service.

4. You’ll have to repeat this process for each of the services listed above. Right-click the service and select
Properties.

5. Find Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic. If the service isn’t started, click
Start to start the services.

6. Save the changes.

The streaming is working again now. I have done nothing. I am sure there was something wrong with the server previously and the official Xbox people fix it now.
