    Error message stating that my purchase cannot be completed


    For the last several days I have not been able to purchase or receive free tickets and coins. Message stating that my purchase cannot be completed at the moment; it has been canceled. Please try again.

    This is frustrating; please fix.

    Getting an error message stating that the files cannot be deleted.

    Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again.

    In the middle of purchasing the Assassins Creed games in the daily deal, I received a generic error message stating:

    "Sorry - Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again."

    I'm not sure why this is, because:

    • I successfully purchased two of the four games on sale prior to this error
    • I called my bank and they assured me there is no alert or other freeze on the card
    • I made a successful online purchase elsewhere using the same card less than 30 minutes after this error
    Any help would be appreciated.

    You should be able to find a solution to help fix your problem here. If the problem is caused by a in game bug then you will need to contact the game developer. For more help you can also call official Xbox customer support.

    I have also now read the error message my Xbox One gives, and it states that I have to complete on my Xbox One. This is ridiculous, it cannot even verify what platform the transaction is being made on.

    someone else was saying they had an error message when trying to download it thru xbox.com. they said deleting their cookies or browser cache or whatever fixed it. i also got the error message on xbox.com but didn't try anything to fix it yet.
