error message saying problem on xbox end unable to sign in at all

Hi, Xbox just stopped working, will not let me sign in, so restarted console and now won't allow it to update, which it is asking me to do, is saying that there is a problem on their end (xbox) and to check support\updates, which I can find nothing, one
account has been wiped completely and not accepting password or email. Does anyone know what may be happening and what I need to do?? Cannot get to home page to check setting etc, but is logged on to the wirless and all connected correctly. Thank you.

The error message 0x80000. Not able to sign in any other accounts. It says there is an account problem on all of out profiles.

There is not an error code next to the message. It just says there was a problem with signing in.

No error codes, and no updates pending. All that happens is a message saying unable to connect to the cloud. Time after time after time. No problem now I have uninstalled the app, and the solitaire app too.
