    Error message on Wordament daily challenges today (7/1)


    Error message on Wordament daily challenges today (7/1): "There is a problem loading Daily Challenge data. Please check your Internet connection and try again. If the problem persists, please contact our support team."

    Gem Collector and Bomb Defusal work fine, Mystery Clue repeatedly fails and has been failing for at least 2 hours. Environment is Windows 10.

    I'm having problems playing the daily challenge for Wordament. Finished September but haven't been able to access October. No error message just a box that says contact support team.

    The individual games are playable, just not the daily challenges.

    July 1st Crossword Daily Challenge will not open

    The Crosswords Daily Challenge will not open up. There is an ERROR box that displays - There was a problem loading Daily Challenge data. Please check your internet connection and try again. If the problem persists, please contact our support team. --

    The Wordament Daily Challenge and Jumble Daily Challenge for July 1st function correctly and let you play that game. Got this message for Crosswords this morning and again this afternoon.

    Houston - you have a problem here that needs to be solved.

    MUWG Mystery Clue Challenge 4/11

    Me too! I played the Wordament and Jumble Daily Challenge then the same message came up for the Crossword. Also all my April games data is not there.

    Same problem ... it's impossible to play Daily Challenge Crossword.

    And also April 2018 Maps in Jumble and Wordament disappeared ...

    Wordament no longer has Daily Challenge? Everytime I enter, the game app closes.

    UPDATE: Sorry, but it didn't work. Clearing cache does not help. And I was just achievement hunting on that game. The Daily Challenge is gone from that Wordament app. Time to find a new game to play. The Daily Challenge only closes the game app.

    What's happened to Microsoft Ultimate Word Games?

    Both the Wordament and Jumble April 2018 maps disappeared sometime yesterday - I had been playing both in the morning and they are now nowhere in sight. Today (4/11) the Daily Challenge Crossword won't load. Not happy. Please fix this ASAP.
