    Error message keeps coming up and I don't know how to fix it.


    Every time I try to buy an avatar item, free or costly, I get this error message "Sorry

    Your account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com. Please complete this transaction from your Xbox." There is no code, and everywhere else on the internet cannot give me any answers. I have no idea why this is happening,
    as no one else in my family is getting this message. I've tried becoming an adult in the family, not even being in the family, and this message still comes up. Even when going ON the Xbox one it still comes up with this message, even though it's telling me
    to go onto it,

    Problem with loading anything on Xbox One

    I have a really bad issue on my Xbox. Nothing will load and it just keeps coming up with the same error message saying this took too long to load. Anyone know how to fix it?

    So I bought a MoneyPak earlier today and was excited to buy some new games, but this error keeps coming up. I don't understand how to fix this, even after reading the page with info on the error.

    Hey there ThatWasLeftHanded,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forms for advice on how to hopefully get your game to launch. I can totally understand how this could be pretty disheartening. If you're getting this error while playing Halo: Masterchief collection off of steam, I suggest
    getting in contact with their support to see if there's any troubleshooting they may have specified for this issue.

    When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.
