Error Message in Party Chat

I have been recently encountering a problem with my Xbox live party chat. Some times it works just fine but other times i receive this "It seems we can't find a microphone for these people" message. It then says go to device settings, where i updated my
controller and it's showing that there is no other error. Every time this message shows up, my party can't here me through my microphone and kinect. I can hear them perfectly fine but they can't here me.

Is there any way to fix this issue without having to return my Xbox One. Please let me know and thank you for your time.

Can you please fix the party chat keep getting error message 'Your network settings are blocking party chat' was working fine before xbox live went down.

 

I've recently just contacted microsoft about this error and they have no idea about what is wrong with it. They keep telling me buy a new mic but, that will not solve the issue. This console is full of bugs. Please let me know if you have found a fix to
this problem, I haven't been able to talk in 3 months with this problem.

 

do you have theses probs. with the same people if you do its nat. related.check the kenect to bcause they can cause probs.
