    Has not worked properly over for 2 weeks. Get error message every time I go to Microsoft Jigsaw. 2 weeks ago I had over 300000 gold bars Now I have 42000

    Most of the puzzles I have purchased have disappears. What remains are puzzles I have completed but they are all showing as not completed. When I go and complete one of these puzzles, it does not retain the history

    message I get: 'Something happened on our end error code: 0x80004005

    Seems to me if you know you have an error on your end, you could fix it and restore me to my original.

    I had over 350,000 gold bars and now I have -94,000 bars? I first noticed it 3 days ago when I had -99000. Any thoughts?

    I think there is a figure showing the accumulated time (in this case 14h+) over the last 7 days but for each day the bar chart shows the usage on that day and very clearly it implies over 1.5 hours on every one of the last 6 days ?
