    Hi,

    I received an error code:

    Service-60017

    e9dd703d-863d-4acd-abf8-ef988fb7d66c

    2018/03/29 - 21:25:19 UTC

    when I tried to redeem a code for the game TERA, through a twitch account promotion and was unable to do so. I have no familiarity with errors of this kind and would greatly appreciate any helpful feedback, or response to this issue.

    I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

    Xbos-0x80169CF9

    Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

    LIMBO installed today

    you don't have to input the code. On the bottom of the message there should be a button to redeem code.
