    Hello,

    I just bough a subscription to xbox live the 16 july 2017 of 1 month at 6.99€. Since this day, i could play xbxo live, online normaly. But today, when i try to play multiplayer on call of duty infinite warfare, an error message appears : Your profile is
    not allowed to play the xbox live.

    It's weird because my profile () is connect to xbox live. Ican see my friends, my message, i can go in the xbox store for download application or games. But when i try to play online on my game, i just cant. (same probleme on call of duty black ops
    2 on xbox one).

    For evidence :

    You can check my profile, it's really me. I don' understand why i got this probleme. I just tryed all the solution possible (network test, xbox live connection test, connetcion to multiplayer test) and all is good. Help me please. Thanks

    I have Xbox live, but an error message pops up on screen. It says the current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox live. I have settings set for no restrictions. Please advise...
