    Im gettng an error message for microsoft jigsaw

    "Microsoft Jigsaw is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001"

    MS Jigsaw always takes forever to load. Today, after loading, I received the following message:

    There was a problem downloading game data for Microsoft Jigsaw. Please check the Microsoft Jigsaw FAQ at and refer to error code 303019.

    What does this mean? My search was fruitless.

    0xC03F300D error code logging in to Microsoft Mahjong

    Obviously nobody has an answer to why Microsoft Mahjong and Jigsaw show the error message 0xC03F300D. I have been using these games for the past year and only resuled in needing to reload Jigsaw 3 times, but it worked each time. Now it loads up but just
    gives an error message.

    What's going on when you try to access Microsoft Jigsaw? Do you get an error message? If so, please share that error message so that we can best help out.

    Also, after installing the game, try a full PC restart before reinstalling it to see if there's any change. Let us know how it goes :)
