Error message ‘ check back in a little bit ‘

I have recently purchased call of duty vanguard - cross gen bundle edition for Xbox one. It has not downloaded on to my console and when I click on the game in the store it says I own it and gives me the option too ‘ manage ‘ it. Once I click this the error message ‘ check back in a little bit ‘ appears, I have reset my console and it’s still not working ?

Could you try these steps below.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select All Settings.

4. Under Account, select Remove accounts.

5. Select the account that you want to remove.

6. Select Remove to confirm.

7. When you're finished, select Close.

8. Restart your console.

9. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

10. On the Sign in tab, move all the way down and select Add & manage.

11. Enter the email address for the Microsoft account, and then select Enter.

12. Enter the password for your Microsoft account, and then select Enter.

If that doesn't work, could you try a factory reset and selecting keep games and apps when prompt to.

Please could you try the following steps.

1. Press and hold the Xbox button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds, at which point it will shut down.

2. Unplug the power supply from your console.

3. Wait for about 3 minutes.

4. Plug the power supply back into your console.

5. Press the Xbox button on your Xbox One console to turn it on.
