Try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down

I did that and now everything works

First off what I would do is a simple
power cycle, then try the game. IF that doesn't work what I would do turn off the console then unplug your router for 30 seconds, plug back in, wait for all lights to come back on fully. Once the lights on router are on turn console back on make sure its
connected to the internet by going to Settings>network>network settings>Test network connection and the multiplayer connection, once done both of them try the game.

The error code does not show up, that is why we have to go to the forums
