    Hi,

    My Xbox one will no longer allow me to do anything. Instead of logging me into my account, it starts up with this message.

    "something went wrong.

    Give it another try. If it happens again, let us know by entering 0x90010108 at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate. you might find help for your task here on Xbox. From Home, press the menu button on your controller, then choose help."

    Pressing the menu button on the controller just makes this message appear again. I followed the message's instructions, but entering the error code in the search bar of the support page for Xbox yields no results. Now I am unsure of what to do next other
    than posting my concerns here.

    Hi there,

    when are you receiving this error?

    One thing you can always try is to perform a full power cycle
    please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait until the power supply light turns and remains orange for at least 30 seconds before powering on again:
