Error message 0x876c0001

I have no idea why but I can't connect to Xbox live in games, in the Xbox store or anywhere and it's been this way since the November update and I haven't go any help at all

Hey there. I typed in the error code at
support.xbox.com/.../error-code-lookup and it gave these suggestions:

Solution 1: Check for Xbox Live service alerts

Solution 2: Wait a few minutes and then try again

Typically, this issue is due to a temporary network problem. To work around the problem, wait a few minutes and then try to play or use the content again.

Solution 3: Try to load other content

If the problem persists, try to load a different piece of content. For example, try to watch a different movie or video.

Solution 4: Test your connection to Xbox Live

If the issue persists after about 20 minutes, test your connection to Xbox Live. Here's how:

1.Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

2.Select Settings.

3.Select All Settings.

4.Select Network.

5.Select Network settings.

6.Select Test network connection.

If you're seeing more than 5-percent packet loss, you may want to troubleshoot your connection using the Xbox One Slow Performance Solution.

If you keep experiencing the problem, contact Xbox Support.

 

i have had similar problems. i had to do factory reset. It still wont let me play or install any games and apps.
