    Error Message 0x803F8001 in Microsoft Ultimate Word Games


    I've been playing Microsoft Ultimate Word Games for several years. Two days ago I got the following error message: Microsoft Ultimate Word Games is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the
    error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001

    I'm using this on a laptop using Win 10. Nothing else is malfunctioning.

    I've tried the old favorite, rebooting the computer. No change.

    I tried going into Apps but found that I could try restoring - at the cost of losing all my data.

    And going to the Microsoft Store didn't offer any help.

    How about here?

    Hi

    I am having trouble opening Mahjong and Microsoft Ultimate word games.. It seems to be loading Solitaire ok.

    I uninstalled both the apps and now i am having trouble installing the two apps. i get the error: "Microsoft Ultimate Word Games is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001"

    Any help would be apreciated
