Discus and support Error message 0x80072f8f in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I've seen a few posts already like this but haven't read of any fixes.     I've seen a few posts already like this but haven't read of any fixes. When I try to play a game that needs connecting online, I get a 0x80072f8f error message and the game won't begin. I can play if I set my console to offline mode, but not when connected.
    I can get online, download games etc. and when I run tests for the connection they say I'm connected and everything is fine. It's been a couple days now (Had to do a manual usb update to bypass this so I could even get the console to run) but I can't play
    anything online.

    Any fix for this Microsoft? I've gone through all your support steps for this error (reset router, reset console, etc.) and also checked using a different internet network, same problem.
