Error memoria interna 4gb xbox 360

Ayuda me aparece que hay una actualizacion disponible pero no me deja descargarla tratando de buscar porque era ese problema me doy cuenta que ahora no me andan los perfiles me aparecen dañados y tengo poco lugar en la memoria interna quise formatearla y
no se borra nada es como si estubiera bloqueada no me deja borrar ni perfiles ni logros, y mucho menos entrar a xbox live por que no me deja actualizar. Hay alguna forma de solucionarlo? O saben si se pone un disco de xbox de 250 se podria solucionar y que
no use mas los 4gb? Un tecnico me dijo que seguro se jodio el modulo de memoria de 4gb y eso no se cambia. Muchas gracias a todos.

se quando vc diz xbox novo, quer dizer, q é a versão SLIM, então tem algo muito errado, pois esse modelo possui 4GB de memoria interna, e as demos q vem nele não ocupam nem ... 1gb.

então deveria sim ter memoria suficiente!

caso seja isso mesmo, recomendo trocar por 1 console novo!

Tive o mesmo problema e cheguei a conclusao de que a memoria interna de 4GB esta corrompida ( [tag:NAND] ) e possivel usar o XBOX de boa utizando um HD INTERNO, ou voce pode optar por levar a algum tecnico para fazer a traco da [tag:NAND] .
