Error logging into kid's Xbox live accounts

I have no problems with my account, but I added 2 kids' accounts for them to be able to use their own profile playing games...it worked fine the day I set them up, but now when they try to use them they get an error message of "Fix this on the web. There's
a problem with your account. Fix it at account.live.com, then come back to sign in".

I've tried the 2 possibles I found online of hard shut down & removing their accounts to add them back on, no luck. I've looked all over at every place I can get to on the Xbox Live website in all our accounts/family/profiles/security/etc, but there isn't
anything anywhere that shows there are any errors or issues to address. Any ideas/direction? Thanks!!

Have you had any luck with a solution to this problem? I can only get the main account to work, so we can only play 1 player games...It is very frustrating!

Thanks. For another game that I paid for (NHL 14), I and my kids are able to play it when they log into their Live accounts on the primary Xbox. But on the other Xbox machines in the house, I have to log in first for them to play using their accounts.

It depends on what she wants to play. If you log on your kids console, and she logs in on yours, and she wants to play a game that you purchased on your account, then she will not be able to as your account is not logged in on your console. Since you are
sharing games on your kids console, your account needs to be logged into Xbox live on your console so you or anyone else using your console can play your games on it.
