    Error loading profile


    Every November it doesn't fail: an update that requires me to reverify my information....of course i no longer have access to the email I had originally set up... So i go through this aggravation of having to call and speak to 42 different reps regarding
    this. Now I get an error 80151103...now my account may be blocked....can someone resolve this nonsense once and for all? Would hate to have to get another account or get rid of this service entirely.

    We get a "cannot read disk" error when loading mine and my mums profile but not on my sisters and dads profile

    does any Kind of error Pop up or does it stay on loading circle?

    can other profiles sign in correctly?

    Hi there,

    please try these steps in the exact order, which hopefully result in clearing the issue for good:

    1. Check account.live.com/.../manage to see if at least two security proofs are setup and verified. A phone number and alternate email would be best

    2. Delete your profile from the console, be sure to delete only the profile, to do so check this link:

    support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

    3. Clear the console cache, see this link for the how to:
    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

    4. Turn the console off.

    5. Turn the console on.

    6. Clear the console cache one more time

    7. Redownload your profile.(See the same link as 2.)

    The 0x00001f4 is a profile can't be loaded error. Have you recently erased and downloaded your profile.
