    Good afternoon, I'm having trouble loading the information and playing fifa 17 with my profile, during the initial screen of fifa when it is loading information of EA, the game closes and returns to the initial screen of xbox One, the other profiles of the
    console can play the game normally. My account that is having problem is part of the preview, does anyone know if there was an error in the last update of the preview? Could someone help me with this problem?

    Issue with loading NBA2K19

    Hi. I’ve downloaded NBA2K19 for an Xbox One S, but when I launch the game, it sits on the loading page for a few seconds before returning to the home screen. Has anyone had this happen before, and know how to fix it?

    Fifa 17 XBOX360 - wrong region error

    Hi! FIFA17 for XBOX360 gives WRONG REGION error even if I change the region from ITALY (where I bought the XBOX 360) to USA where I live and bought the FIFA17 game. How can I make it works? thanks
