Discus and support Error loading all games 0x8027025a in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I'm getting error code 0x8027025a on every game I've tried to load.     Error loading all games 0x8027025a


    I'm getting error code 0x8027025a on every game I've tried to load. My update queue in My Games and Apps won't load, and my Membership list won't show anything. I've tried a soft, hard, and a factory reset.

    Disc-based games stuck on the start splash screen

    Sorry - forgot to say the error code. The message box telling me the game had failed to load for unknown reason gave an error code of 0x8027025a

    I have not, but I don't see how this has anything to do with my router? My games are all downloaded, and it won't even run games that are on disc. Also, the machine itself is able to connect to the internet just fine.

    Thanks, but I had already seen that and tried everything on that page. Nothing has worked.

    Thank you for reaching out, we'll try our best to get you back online! I see you have done a bit of troubleshooting, please run a connection test and make sure you aren't getting an error message.

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select Network.
    5. Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.
    6. On the right side of the Network settings screen, select
      Test network connection
      .
    If you do see something out of the norm, follow the corresponding troubleshooting on our

    Connection Error page.

    No network problems on my end, I did test that. Can connect to everything just fine.

    Hey Arak thanks for keeping us in the loop!

    We suggest at this point a reset of the console since
    the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a
    Soft Factory Reset

    (while keeping games and apps) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

    • There is a stable network connection.
    • The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)
    Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

    In some cases, such loading issues may be caused by network errors.

    It is recommended to attempt performing a Test Multiplayer Connection within the
    Network Settings.

    If there are errors, please attempt to follow our Network Connection Error Solution article.

    Try this and let us know if this works or if further assistance is needed.
