    Error launching Spiritfarer (PC Gamepass)


    when I try to launch spiritfarer (via the xbox app or start menu shortcut) it displays a splash screen then crashes within a second or 2. It looks like an issue with the Unity Player per the error codes in the event log:

    I've checked the spiritfarer website and made sure to uninstall citrix incase that was causing the problem, but it still persists

    XBox Cloud Gaming Local Multiplayer?

    I can't get local coop to work either through xcloud for PC for games such as It Takes Two or Spiritfarer. Please help.

    Same error here, also not fixed after following all instructions you linked. What is it with these gamepass for PC games not installing correctly, ever? I've had the literal same exact error from trying to install VAMPYR before, all the way back at the
    launch of gamepass for PC, and just now trying again, it still has this error. Fix your goddamn service already.

    it is part of gamepass ultimate for console, it is getting launched to the gamepass pc side of things later this year as it was delayed.

    Yeah something is up. My Gamepass Ultimate shows and not active in the Gamepass App yet it works on both console and PC. Seems like an error to either kick a bunch of people off and collect that $15 monthly fee. I'm not happy. I submitted 2 tickets and have not received a single response. MS is not having a good year with PC launches and now Game Pass glitches.
