error kinect

Hi, i have a xbox 360 old model, just got today a pre-owned kinect with adapter. Plug everything, kinect flashing green light, the console notify me an update for kinect. I start the update but then receive an error with the following error code status:

4467 0000 C000 1600 D005 1011

tried to format the drive, tried to clean the cache. Nothing works. Is this kinect broken?

How to solve the Kinect Speaker volume or calibration tone errors

If your Kinect sensor microphone is having a problem hearing you, you’ll see any one of the following error messages:

Couldn't hear the calibration tone. (8AC8000B, 8AC8000C, 8AC8000D)
Your speaker volume is too loud. (809B1084)
Your speaker volume is too low. (809B1085)
Kinect couldn't hear the whole calibration tone.

To solve the calibration tone error, select More Info to see the suggestions. You need to make the suggested changes. After performing the required changes, press Try Again to run the test again.

If the Kinect calibration tone error still exists, you’ll need to ensure that the sensor is positioned correctly.

 

Kinect body tracking problems -Solutions

You might experience Kinect body tracking problems and receive any one of the following error messages:

Kinect can't see anyone. Please try again.
Player or play space not detected.
The Kinect sensor is having trouble seeing you.

Solutions

If the problem exists, you’ll have to calibrate the Kinect sensor. Here is how: Recalibrating Kinect sensor

After performing all above, restart your console to check out whether the problem still exists. If you still get the Kinect body tracking error message, you’ll need to contact Xbox Support.
