Error juego gears of war [Game gears of war error]

Estimados hace mucho tiempo que soy dueño de un juego digital que aparece en mi biblioteca de la xbox one (gears of war3) me aparece el juego, lo instalo entro a jugar y me sale ?eres dueño de este juego o aplicacion ??? Lo desinstale y me meti a la tienda
microsoft y me aparece el juego para pagarlo , le puse pagar y se instalo denuevo en mi consola (todo muy raro siendo que el juego es mio hace años) y pongo jugar y sale la misma pregunta.

No puedo jugar 0x803f8001 y la cuenta es la unica que he tenido siempre, que puedo hacer ??de echo hoy en la mañana jugue el juego sin problemas y mi cuenta xbox live esta vigente…
