Error joining account.microsoft.com/family/home

My issue is adding members to my account which I am the Organizer. These members are not part of another family and keep getting this error message every time I request to invite:

After that, you say that you're alone in the family group. Please try the opposite

I mean, join to a family group (you can ask a friend with your same age if your mom or dad doesn't have a Microsoft account)

Ask to the person to go here > https://account.microsoft.com/family/home > add member > select family organizer (because you're an adult) > type your email address

Once joined wait 10-15 min and check if you're able to change and save your privacy settings

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/family/home with the account that has the issues and leave / remove the family group.

Unfortunately, it is not displayed. May I know if you are on a family group?
