some one had tha problem that when first time insert a disc into xbox one, it never instal, o there's no progress (0%)?

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

i had green screen off death on my xbox one s i had to factory reset it now every time i go to instal fortnite it stops stright away even though im connected to the wifi can someone please help

I am with internode and am getting the same error with Halo 5 preload. Had the problem with Forza 6 but a physical disc install solved the problem. I do not want to have to buy a physical disc of a game I have already bought just to install and play it.

I think the problem was the disc. So I returned it for another game which was forza 6 and the installation went perfectly fine.

I also just switched to the Halo 5 console couple of days ago, and I'm having the same issues. For me, it's always my digital copies of Destiny, GTA V, and Forza 6 that refuses to install. They all get 1 % or 2 %, and then stop. (Forza 5 and Forza Horizon
2 installed fine from the Store.)

Destiny actually gets to the point where it says it's ready to start. When I launch it, it passes the “Press A to start” screen and goes to “Transferring game content”, but nothing gets downloaded/installed.

I happen to have a disc of Forza 6 as well, and for that game, I can install the game successfully from that. And since I have the digital licence already, I can take the disc out after that and still play the game. However, I couldn't apply the same method
to Destiny. (Maybe that's because it was a vanilla Destiny disc, not The Taken King?)
