    Based on what you are saying, it sounds like you were invited, accepted, and downloaded the Xbox Preview Dashboard app. If you are having any issues then you will want to post in the Preview Program Support forums so the preview support team
    can help you out with whatever issue you are having. If you can't access the preview forums, then reply back so the Xbox Support team can grant you access once they verify your acceptance.

    If you are already registered then you have already received an invite. If you have not been accepted than all you can do is wait to be accepted and receive an Xbox Live message.

    Then you can either report the issue through the preview forums that I've linked above or you can go on your Xbox One, go to the area where you are having the problem, hold the controller Xbox button, and scroll over to "Report a problem".

    while using Insider Hub or Reporting a problem     thread so the proper teams are aware that you're still experiencing the issue.
