Error in trying to purchase shows from TV App

Because we'v been unable to purchase a movie or tv program thru XBox Live we have been missing out on benefits.

if you are having issues seeing the content available to you then be sure to My Videos> My TV Shows from within the Xbox Video app. If it does not show from there, then be sure to try refreshing the purchase history with the X button in the Account Management
section. That will make the latest episodes show in the previously described section. Hope this helps. Thanks.

Try restoring your purchases from within the settings menu of the Movies & TV app.

Yes I am trying to purchase from the Movies & TV store on Xbox one and it won't let me buy any movies or tv shows. I can't even get to the purchase phase because when I click on the movie or tv show it won't even do anything, I can just keep clicking without
it going to the purchase phase.

I have the same issue on att uverse stb Motorola. It sometimes will show the hdcp error on the tv screen but most of the time it goes to a grainy picture and will show the xbox hdmi tv disconnected error. It occurs when switching channels. I can not
get it back just by quitting the tv app. I have been most successful going into a game for a little bit then going back into the tv app.
