Discus and support error in the gems program in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I wanted to redeem 250 Gems via Xbox Rewards. I should get 5000 bonus points for that.     I wanted to redeem 250 Gems via Xbox Rewards.
    I should get 5000 bonus points for that.
    However, there was an error. The points were not credited and the Gems were gone.

    gems coming with achievements

    If you're referring to the gems that show on the screen when you earn a rare achievement, that is completely separate from the rewards program. So it would not add to your gems in the program.

    Not exactly. If you keep the gems until the program switches to the Microsoft Rewards program, each gem will be transferred over as 1 Microsoft Rewards point (So you would get 1880 Microsoft Rewards points). Gems and Microsoft Rewards points don't actually
    have a monetary value so it wouldn't be the same as $18.80.

    Hi Gojira X BoB. Your friend received Gems for having an anniversary in October. Since your anniversary was in September, you did not receive those Gems because the Gems portion of the program began October 2017. You'll receive Gems come September 2018 for

    Since gems just started on October 1, it wouldn't have been enough time to earn the gems for that offer. The program does not award for anything done before the offer began.

    Hello R3D14L1F32,

    The only offer related to your tenure in the program is the anniversary perk for Gems. Since Gems were only created in October, it is not possible to have a 10 year anniversary reward.
