Error in receiving achievements

Hello, My name is Giovanni, I'm Brazilian and I play Just Cause 3 a long time ago.

A few months ago I took all the collectibles, but the achievements did not appear and I only saw now that I was comparing them with a friend.

Please I do not know how to solve this And I did not want to believe I'm going to have to reset the game.

Ryse Achievements not unlocking

Well, the hard reboot did not work...
Is there any way to contact Crytek about this?

The achievements isn't a Crytek thing, it has to do with the cloud. The console sends a signal to the cloud to mark that you completed the requirements for said achievement and then sends the signal back to unlock it (the reason you don't unlock anything if you aren't connected to the internet), this sometimes has errors in it and the signal is never received on one side or the other. The console is supposed to continue to send this signal until it does get received. If it continues to be a problem you should contact MS support, they'll be able to help you.

I'm sorry to hear about you guys receiving the error code 0x87c40011. Thank you all for posting up here, as it helps our teams better understand what you all are experiencing.

I was to assure you all that if you get this error, your achievements are safe. Once the error goes away, it can take up to 72 hours before your achievements, that you earned while this error was showing, unlock for you. Some gamers have found that it makes
them appear quicker if a couple more achievements are earned.

If after 72 hours pass and you're still receiving this particular error code, please post on back and let us know. Thanks in advance!

Some achievements have cloud sync errors and can take a few days or weeks to unlock. I have a friend that received an achievement 2 weeks after the fact.

Hey, everyone! I'm very sorry to see that you all are unable to access your Achievement App! This is still an ongoing issue that our investigating teams are working hard on resolving. Once I have word of that, this thread will be the first to know.

Remember that if you are no longer receiving this error, it can take up to 48 hours before your achievements pop.

For you all that are still receiving this error, do you see your achievements just fine on xbox.com or Smartglass? Is it happening only when you snap achievements in a particular game? Let me know, and we'll be able to pinpoint what is happening from there.
