Error in payment, even thought I have a receipt on my bank account

Hello.

As the title says, I have an error on the payment in the suscription of Windows xbox game pass, but, in my Bank account I have a receipt of 9,99 € from Windows.

Because of this error, I can't cancel the monthly suscription, so im afraid it keeps stacking every month.

Unable to purchase more points, error code 8c320008

Hi,

I've been having trouble for over a year now of adding a payment method from the same bank (just different account)) or even a different bank. It seems any new payment method fails.

This time I got error code 8c320008. I tried adding the bank account info online and it said the payment method isn't valid, which I know it is.

I don't know what to do, but I would like to be able add bank accounts to purchase content and I'm just about done with trying to give Microsoft my money.

Couldn't autorize payment method

I'm trying to buy some MS point first time in my account. Added my credit card info. When i press "confirm payment" it shows me message about "Couldn't autorize payment method" but 1$ from my credit card debited. Thought it was temporary error, but today
story was the same and i get another -1$ in my bank account. Whats goin' on?

I am facing exact same issue. Bought 4,600 FIFA points, got no order receipt, but money has been reserved in my bank. I don't have multiple accounts, so that problem is out of question. If you got any luck with this, please let me know, so I can take similar actions.

Not sure if they will accept payment receipt from bank? But there is no order number, which is problematic to justify.

Hi,

After I added the payment method by mastercard, I made the transaction twice and received the error "PUR-TransactionNotAllowed" both times. My account still cannot register for game pass. I contacted the bank to check, the bank informed me that both payments were successful, but why did my account receive an error when paying and I paid twice but did not buy? get game pass?

Call the bank and block payments. Only found out two payments going out of my partners credit card every month for last 7 months and we don’t have even Microsoft accounts 🤯

CC payments are the only type of payments Microsoft takes.

Even though Paypal allows for linking bank accounts.
